Siemens S7 1517-F CPUs, TIA V17, Local & Remote I/O, Profinet Connectivity across the manufacturing line, Lenze drives, Sick area scanner, Albany safety.
Integration with KUKA, Spot welding, stud welding, hemming, BOSCH weld source, Festo valves, Integra5 standard, TOX application
Project Scope
- Design & development of PLC program for Rear Floor.
- On site deployment, establishing communication networks.
- Proving and handing over.
