Safari (Q5/Q7/ETURNA), focusing on PLC programming, system integration, and production
line automation.

Siemens S7-1517F CPUs, Siemens TP1500 Comfort HMIs, Local & Remote I/O, Profinet communication network, Integration with KUKA & ABB Robots, CARL ZEISS systems, BOSCH weld source, Festo valves, Spot welding, Stud welding, and Hemming systems.
Project Scope
- PLC program development for Front Floor, Rear Floor, Hood, Body Side LH & RH,
Underbody, Roof, and Tailgate lines - Establishment of industrial communication networks
- Integration of robotic welding and automation systems
- Testing, proving, and final handover of the system
